This is the only branch library in Canada that is also part of a residential condominium and the entrance to the upstairs units looks down on this sunlit scene of a neighbour's yard. This is a woodcut on basswood, with chine collée (an additional layer of coloured paper is sandwiched between the "plate" and the print paper), made from paper from Thailand with bits of leaves in it.
